Yes, we know Halloween is over, but look at these painted pumpkins!!!! Our Project FREE young fathers worked with their co-parents and children to create these beautiful (or scary) works of art =D Fun and engaging family activities don’t always mean you have to spend a fortune or go out. Project FREE’s Freedom Ambassador, makes an effort to incorporate positive and engaging family activities that are, not only accessible, but affordable and easy to do at home.

If you haven't had a chance to do so, please visit and 'Like' our Project FREE page! Project FREE-Fatherhood Relationship Engagement and Education- began working with incarcerated young fathers to promote healthy relationships, responsible parenting, and work readiness this last July. All fathers are expected to "Dad Up" and step up/man up to being the best father to their children. We've raised the bar for fathers and these young men are working to raise it even higher!
The Center for Self-Sufficiency Project FREE supports violence prevention for young fathers, their children, and their children’s co-parents.
We're still looking for more donations! The upcoming graduation ceremony will be at the end of December so you still have time to donate. You can stop by our office at 728 N. James Lovell 2nd Floor Milwaukee, WI 53233 to drop off any cap and gown donations. Should you decide to personally drop off your donations, you'll have an opportunity to meet our fabulous staff! These people are the heart and soul of CFSS and their dedication to serve our community can be seen in everything they do
ISO: Graduation Cap & Gown-DONATIONS!!
We realize it is not graduation season just yet, but we are looking for graduation cap and gown donations. Project FREE would like to celebrate our young father participants with a graduation ceremony upon the completion of their programming in December. Some of these young fathers have never had an opportunity to participate in a graduation ceremony and we are looking to change that! So if you, or anyone you know, has a graduation cap and gown WE WANT THEM!! Project FREE is looking for 40 CAPS and at least 20 GOWNS-preferably black (like the attached picture). They don't need to be new or anything special, but we ask that they are relatively clean (no tears, stains, etc.). Our goal is to collect 40 caps as it is our hope that each of these young fathers get their own caps (to personalize and decorate) as a keepsake.

**WARNING: Cuteness Overload!!**
SLIME!!!! Project FREE participants and their kids LOVE this stuff! It's easy to make, affordable, and most of the ingredients are probably in your home right now. It's a great sensory activity and it's a great way for the little ones to learn how to follow directions (or recipes). Heads up- try not to get it on your clothes AND the food coloring WILL temporarily stain your hands. Have fun!
