Day 3: Utkatasana (Chair Pose).

What helps me stay grounded is logging off social media and staying off my phone. Pulling that plug reminds me that the main impact I have is in whatever room I'm sitting in - with my husband, family, or friends!

Day 2: Low Lunge.

If I had to hold a sign for an hour on a sidewalk, it would say "what's one thing you can do 1% better?" Change comes through small steps that snowball into lasting effects. Take that first step and watch it impact you later in so many ways!

Chaturanga is a transition pose, but uses it to add dynamic movement, which can be a challenge until you build up upper body strength :) what are some good ways to build strength on the journey to chaturanga?

Sequencing a yin yoga practice (generally very relaxing/restorative) to be used before a disc golf tournament (something you might need some adrenaline for :) ) has been a really fun challenge. Looking forward to bringing this one out to one of Minnesota's biggest disc golf tournaments this weekend!
