MyoYin is not just a practice. It's a journey of self-discovery.
This unique blend of myofascial release and yin yoga postures is designed to help you find flexibility that will benefit you both on and off the mat. With the guided use of therapy balls and extended yin holds, you'll release tension from tight muscles, increase your range of motion, and relieve pain.
MyoYin empowers you to understand your body better and learn how to care for your tired muscles.
We'll target a different area of the body each week: feet, calves, quads, psoas, glutes, back, shoulders, and neck and jaw.
No yoga experience is required. This class is excellent for athletes, couch potatoes, and everyone in between.

Slow Flow - 5:00 PM, Mondays
Slow Flow is a practice that balances stillness and movement.
In this full-body flow, you will have time to explore vinyasa options and experiment to find the right pose variation for your body. We'll ease into class with grounding and breathwork, create some heat in our bodies with a flowing yoga practice for the whole body, and end with an extended calming savasana.
No yoga experience is required. This class approaches more advanced poses and creates mindful opportunities to build strength and stamina.

Candlelight Calm - 7:00 PM, Sundays
Formerly known as Mellow Monday, this class is designed to calm your body and mind with gentle movement and meditation.
Stave off stress and create a mindful start to your week. Join Ashley for a class designed to calm your body and mind. Using a combination of gentle yoga for movement and stretching with vagus nerve stimulation, you'll encourage your body and nervous system to relax.
We'll end our time together by tuning into your intuition and inner wisdom with a guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra practice.
No yoga experience is required. This class is excellent for anyone who could use a little calm in their life.

Hatha Yoga - 5:30 PM, Sundays
Join Ashley for a Gentle Hatha Yoga practice that helps you stretch, strengthen, and find balance in your body.
Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga that allows the practitioner to find balance both physically and energetically. Its name derives from the combination of "ha," or sun, and "tha," which means moon and refers to the balancing of those energies.
In this gentle movement practice, you will have time to explore and experiment to find the perfect variation of the pose for your body.
No yoga experience is required. This class is a fantastic introduction to yoga for beginners.

How are you staying grounded? For me, it’s beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous full moon. 🌕 Making time to move my body.🚶🏻♀️➡️Finding moments for mindfulness and introspection.🧘🏻 Delicious meals with friends and family. 🍽️ And lots of kitty snuggles! 🐈⬛🐈
We tend to be especially busy in the summertime, as we rush to fill these warm sunny days. Our social calendars suddenly fill as we pack our calendars full to take advantage of the season. Tending to landscaping and gardening steals hours in the blink of an eye, and the urge to make the most of summer can spur us to take on more and more.
All this busyness often leads to looking around in mid-August, wondering where the time has gone and whether we’ve really stopped to smell the roses in this short, verdant season.

Ashley Vasas is passionate about sharing the power of yoga, movement, and philosophy to help her students open themselves up to vibrant health, joy, and love beyond measure. She was a yoga practitioner for years before being called to share this beautiful practice with others. After discovering the transformation that yoga can offer, Ashley was inspired to help others who feel disconnected from their body and spirit.
Today, Ashley helps her students connect with their potential through yoga, meditation, and self-compassion. Ashley is devoted to deepening her yoga knowledge and earned her RYT 500 advanced certification in 2022 and has since studied many yoga modalities to serve her students’ unique needs.
In particular, Ashley studied Yoga Tune Up® to delve deeply into integrated anatomy and body mechanics while discovering a fresh approach to teaching, leading, and learning to teach creatively in the classroom and with individual clients. In this training, Ashley became proficient with anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics fundamentals and learned to craft memorable and accessible classes.
Ashley also embarked on additional training to learn the latest soft tissue science, over 50 self-myofascial massage applications, and unique self-massage sequences. Most recently, Ashley became certified in breath mechanics and the connection of breath and movement to the nervous system, learning how to create the conditions needed for profound relaxation, increased body awareness, and mind-body connectivity.
