"Bruce Alexander, a professor of psychology in Vancouver, explained to me, the idea of addiction we've all got in our heads, that story, comes partly from a series of experiments that were done earlier in the 20th century. They're really simple. You get a rat and you put it in a cage, and you give it two water bottles: One is just water, and the other is water laced with either he**in or co***ne. If you do that, the rat will almost always prefer the drug water and almost always kill itself quite quickly. So there you go, right? That's how we think it works.
In the '70s, Professor Alexander comes along and he looks at this experiment and he noticed something. He said ah, we're putting the rat in an empty cage. It's got nothing to do except use these drugs. Let's try something different. So Professor Alexander built a cage that he called "Rat Park," which is basically heaven for rats. They've got loads of cheese, they've got loads of colored balls, they've got loads of tunnels.
Crucially, they've got loads of friends. They can have loads of s*x. And they've got both the water bottles, the normal water and the drugged water. But here's the fascinating thing: In Rat Park, they don't like the drug water. They almost never use it. None of them ever use it compulsively. None of them ever overdose.
You go from almost 100 percent overdose when they're isolated to zero percent overdose when they have happy and connected lives." ~Johann Hari

RFK JR Speech in Berlin
29 August 2020
Thank you everybody
Back at home in the United States
The newspapers are saying
That I came here today
To speak to about 5000 N***s
And tomorrow
They're going to report
That yes I was here and I spoke to maybe 3-5000 N***s
And I look at this crowd
And I see the opposite of N***sm
I see people who love Democracy
People who want open government
People who want leaders who are not going to lie to them
Leaders who will not make up arbitrary rules and regulations to orchestrate obedience of the population
We want health officials who don't have financial entanglements with the pharmaceutical industry
Who are working for us and not big pharma
We want officials who care about our children's health
And not about pharmaceutical profits or government control
I look at this crowd
I see all the flags of Europe
I see people of every color
I see people from every nation
Every religion
All caring about human dignity
About children's health
About political freedom
THIS IS THE OPPOSITE OF NA**SM
Governments love pandemics
They love pandemics for the same reason they love war
Because it gives them the ability to impose controls on the population
That the population would otherwise never accept
To create institutions and mechanisms for orchestrating and imposing obedience
I will tell you something
It’s a mystery to me
That all of these big important people like Bill Gates and Tony Fauci
have been planning and thinking about this pandemic for decades
Planning it so that we would all be safe when the pandemic finally came
And yet now that it’s here
They don’t seem to know what they’re talking about
They seem to be making it up as they go along
They’re inventing numbers
They cannot tell you what the case fatality rate for Covid is
That's basic
They cannot give us a PCR test that actually works
They have to change the definition of Covid on the death certificates constantly to make it look more and more dangerous
The one thing they are good at is pumping up FEAR
75 years ago Hermann Göring testified at the Nuremburg Trials
And he was asked
How did you make the German people go along with all this
And he said; it's an easy thing
It’s not anything to do with N***sm
It has to do with human nature
You can do this in a N**i regime
You can do it in a Socialist regime
You can do it in a Communist regime
You can do it in a Monarchy and a Democracy
The only thing a government needs to make people into slaves is FEAR
And if you can figure out something to make them scared
You can get them to do anything that you want
50 years ago
My uncle, John Kennedy came to this city
He came here to Berlin
Because Berlin was the front line against global totalitarianism
And today again
Berlin is the front line against global totalitarianism
When my uncle came here
He proudly said to the people of Germany
Ich bin ein Berliner
All of us who are here today can proudly say once again
Ich bin ein Berliner
And you are on the front line against totalitarianism
I am going to say one more thing
They haven't done a good job about protecting public health
But the’ve done a very good job
At using the quarantine to bring 5G into all our communities
And to begin the process of shifting us all into digital currency
Which is the beginning of slavery
Because if they control your bank account
They control your behavior
And we all see these advertisements on television
Saying 5G is coming to your community
It’s gonna be a great thing for all of you
It’s gonna change your lives
It's going to make all of your lives so much better
And it’s very convincing I have to say
As I look at those ads and I think
That's great, I can hardly wait till it gets here
And then I'm going to be able to download a video game in 6 seconds instead of 16 seconds
And is that why they're spending 5 trillion dollars on 5G?
NO
The reason is for surveillance and data harvesting
It’s not for you and me
It’s for Bill Gates
It’s for Jeffery Zuckerberg
And it’s for Bezos
And all of the other billionares
Bill Gates says that his satellite fleet will be able to look at
EVERY SQUARE INCH OF THE PLANET 24 hours a day
That’s only the beginning
He also will be able to follow you
On all of your smart devices
Through biometric facial recognition
Through your GPS
Using Alexa that is working for you
She isn’t working for you
She is working for Bill Gates spying on you
And the pandemic is a CRISIS OF CONVENIENCE for the elites who are dictating these policies
It gives them the ability
To obliterate the middle class
To destroy the institutions of Democracy
To shift all of our wealth, from all of us
To a handful of billionaires
To make themselves rich by impoverishing the rest of us
And the only thing between them and our children is this crowd that has come to Berlin
And we're telling them today
You are not going to take away our freedoms
You are not going to poison our children
We are going to demand our Democracy back
Thank you ALL very much for fighting

Concerns post COVID19
I was asked by a friend of mine in NZ if I thought human behaviour would change after the coronavirus. My reply was a clear and definite, “NO”.
What has changed is every country dealing with this crisis has taken a massive knock economically. Many people have lost their jobs. We are heading for difficult times economically.
People want to return to “normal” as quickly as possible. ”Normal” is what has resulted in this situation that we find ourselves in now. A situation where humans have been stopped and confined because if one were to carry on there would be a risk of dying or the possibility of spreading a deadly virus that could kill many others. Realising our interconnectedness in this way has been very powerful and yet it is still elusive to some who have continued as normal.
Before now, many people hadn’t stopped to consider how interconnected we are to all other things on our planet. Social media is abuzz with illustrations and stories of how humans and nature are one. This may be the first time many people are aware of this one-ness.
Becoming aware of our fit comes with the awareness of the responsibility of this place. Many things have to change for all of us to recover, not just from corona, but to recover our connection to nature.
History has shown that as humans we are slow learners and we like to blame something else for our problems. I have lived in South Africa all of my life. A country with a very difficult past and hopefully a country learning from it’s past, that Difference is our strength and not our weakness.
Biodiversity is at the heart of all wisdom and it is a strength.
Unfortunately corruption globally undermines the voice of diversity; when power is in the hands of a few it needs to be maintained and it is maintained through a monoculture dialogue. This ‘mono-logue' has become so powerful over time to the extent that we eat less diversity, yet we eat toxic food filled with pesticides/herbicides/fungicides; we kill nature at an alarming rate; and we put our own needs above everything else. We have become a monoculture society which allows greed to be seen as normal behaviour .
Greed is NOT normal in nature. Studying wild bees has taught us this. Wild bees know how to fit into this beautiful community of life on earth. They never take more than what their colony needs. They are, of course, a much older species than humans and therefore know more about responsible and connected community living; a requirement for survival on this planet.
How do we learn from this wisdom of older species?
My fear is that we haven’t been and we haven’t even opened up to this wisdom yet.
Returning to my friend’s question, my concern post COVID19 is this: nature is going to be under great pressure to provide raw materials for countries that will be hard hit economically. The emerging Super Power is a ruthless task master. Nature (and us) won’t stand a chance under this super power of greed. So, no, I don’t think people will change their behaviour. In fact, I see corruption increasing and greed expanding. Kindness, generosity and interconnectedness will possibly be a fleeting moment to be seen and felt during lockdown.
What will happen when we come out of this confinement? Will we gobble up everything? Will we trade our last bits of wilderness for our GDPs?
Will we recover?
To survive we need to reduce the curve - that curve depicting our own consumption/destruction of nature.
Can we do it? Do we have the courage to change a toxic monoculture system? This is no longer an academic debate; this is the antidote to our virus.
