Here’s the story behind New Bedford’s 20-foot-tall ‘Plastic Rooster’ made of trash - The Boston Globe Bordalo has traveled the world, from Bora Bora to Montreal, painting and building gaudy, charismatic animal sculptures out of waste materials.
