Here’s a balance on the Dharma Wheel, but you could try it on something else as well like a foam roller, ball or stool. Use your toes or fingers on the floor to help find the balance at first.😜

3 back stretches using a block to improve flexibility.
🧘♂️Always elongate your body and breathe.
1-Downward Facing Dog with your forehead on the edge of the block.
2-Flat back forward fold with head resting on block comfortably.
3-Forward fold pulling block behind your heels. Go to the limit!

5 challenging poses using a wall to stretch the hips.
Tips:
1) Half Moon Pose-Try to get both shoulders and hips against the wall.
2)1/2 Moon variation-Face the wall, grab just above your ankle and kick back as the pelvis pushes into the wall.
3)Handstand Pose-Lengthen the front, back and sides of the pelvis.
4)Frog variation-Belly in and lengthen your inner thighs towards the inner knees. Pinky toes on the wall
5)Straddle variation-Keep the hips on the wall but not the legs. Extend the legs away from the navel.

Here’s a fabulous backstretch! Feet together, bent knees, clasp elbows behind the knees and pull! 5-10 breaths. Enjoy!
Back Tree Pose is an excellent pose for stretching the thighs and hip flexors. It strengthens the buttocks, back and standing leg. Improves balance and prepares one for Natarajasana, the Dancer’s Pose.
1) Most importantly, pull up the front of the stomach (use your hand to assist), get the knees together and make a straight line with your body.
2)Slowly raise the chin.
3)Look up as high as possible keeping the belly lifted and knees together.
4)Practice in the same manner and for the same amount of time on the other side.
Great for runners,dancers and cardio enthusiasts!!!
