Join us for an intimate evening with Carpazo Estate’s very own Mirco Bilisi and our Head Sommelier, Aaron Zebrook, as they take each guest on a journey featuring Brunello di Montalcino vintages from 2000, 2004, and 2011.
Carpazo produced its first vintage of Brunello di Montalcino in 1970. At the time, there were only 13 wineries in Montalcino, making Carpazo one of the most historic Brunello producers in the region.
This four-course dinner will feature Carlotto’s signature beef carpaccio, with tissue-thin slices of beef tenderloin topped with slightly smoky aioli, Burgundy truffle and pecorino. Followed by Pappardelle al Ragù di Cinghiale slow-cooked wild boar, Parmigiano and more – this is an experience not to be missed!
