Congenitally missing teeth are often a challenge to replace due to inadequate bone for dental implants. This patient went through orthodontics and bone grafting prior to implant placement. Bonded porcelain temporary crowns were fabricated while the grafts and implants healed. Final implant supported crowns were inserted today after 5 long years....patient had some orthodontic relapse which will be addressed with Invisalign.

It's is always traumatic to lose a tooth. This young patient had a failed root canal and needed her central incisor extracted. A conservative treatment with an implant placed by Dr. Edward Gottesman and 3 veneers was completed today. What a difference!
