Spring is here, and it's never too early to learn how to take care of your school garden. Maintained for years by founding board member John Reddick, our Kindergarteners have taken up the charge as its new protectors!
This week, students created portraits of their fellow classmates. It was amazing to get a glimpse of how students see themselves and one another!
Thank you to all the staff, students, and teachers for their donations for the 1st grade Restuarant Study food tasting unit. The students had a blast tasting cultural dishes, like Cheese Bread from Brazil, Gimbap & Japchae from Korea, Mafe from Senegal, and so many more. YUM!
Career Day was such a blast! Thank you to all of our community guests for coming in, speaking with our students, and answering all their questions about the places they can go. What do you want to be when you grow up?
Welcome back - we missed you! It really made us paws and think about that beautiful pet expo the Kindergarten held before we went on break!
Harlem Link Charter School will be closed from Monday, April 22nd until Monday, April 29th, for Spring Break. We'll see everyone back in class on Tuesday, April 30th.
