Tenuta Cucco is located in the centre of Serralunga d’Alba,
at the roots of the renowned XIVth century castle that dominates the whole Langhe area.
Serralunga d’Alba is considered the most important Barolo area, due to the longevity of its wines and its favourable microclimate.
The calcareous clay soil of this area lies on the Diano sandstones and the Lequio formation, which trace back to more than 10 million years ago, well before the rest of the Barolo region, which can be dated back to 5 million years ago.
This soil – which is not very deep and is mostly sandy and marly on the surface – makes it possible to obtain extremely long-lived wines, acknowledged as the best ageing Nebbiolo wines.
In the 13 hectares of Tenuta Cucco’s vineyards we farm not only Nebbiolo, but also Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba and Langhe Chardonnay.

Gruppo Italiano welcomes a new member today, Venelosi Winery!

Inspired to create a harmony between taste and color, the Velenosi Winery was born in 1984 by Ercole and Angela Velenosi, with Paolo Garbini. Since 2005, combining the artisan tradition with modern technologies, we have reinterpreted the winemaking processes with creativity. They have created a company that today brings the scents and shades of the Piceno territory to the whole world through wines with a unique character.
From wine we have learned patience, waiting for the time necessary to obtain intense sips and an incomparable flavor. A continuous care and research that echo in the reflections of the glasses.

Falezze is a family-run company in Valpolicella, just a few minutes away from Verona. A house, surrounded by woods, olive trees and century-old vineyards, a tradition inherited by three previous generations. An history created by people with a love for the earth cultivated with devotion. The property benefits from a personal dedication on the part of the family, dedicating themselves to every phase of a deliberately limited and artisanal production: ten thousand bottles, the result of a deep-rooted attention in order to express that magic which binds them to this territory.
