Blast from the past. Six Harmony school honored with a Wing Chun poem by Yee Hung Gar's teacher (Sifu Frank Yee) for continuous participation and championships in their tournaments. The presentation was given at a tournament by Sifu Pedro.

Wing Chun is not just about Chi Sao (Sticking Hands).

It has been a difficult time for the whole world. Everyone should practice self defense for the visible and the the invisible. My wish is that everyone is able to remain healthy and happy.

Congratulations to the promotions at the Six Harmony Wing Chun Academy to the title of Sifu Joseph Kim and Sifu Joseph Wang. Hard work brings results. Witnessed by GM Lee Moy Shan and Sifu Lampis.
