Wonderland is a blend of equal parts Mexican, Colombian and Naturally Processed Ethiopian coffee, roasted just a touch darker to bring out the rich and cinnamon-spiced sweetness. 🇭🇳 It’s officially Honduran coffee season!
We’re kicking it off with an offering from the Santa Barbara region, known for producing some really stellar coffees. Mas Morenos is a community lot from the Moreno family of producers in Santa Barbara and showcases everything we love about coffees from Honduras. It’s rich, tropical and silky with a very fruit-forward sweetness. Mas Morenos is live on our website now and will be hitting retail shelves in our cafes next week!

💥BLENDLESS SUMMER IS BACK💥
As you may or may not know by now, we love coffees from Oaxaca, and Blendless Summer is our way of showcasing the best of what the region has to offer. Throughout the summer, we will be rotating through our selection of five stunning lots from Oaxaca that were selected by our roaster just a few miles away from their farms.
First up and hitting the shelves today is La Victoria #1, which hails from one of the highest altitude and most remote communities in the entire region. La Victoria #1 is juicy and vibrant with notes of apricot and honey and a green apple-like crispness. Check it out today and get ready for a summer that’s jam-packed with Mexican coffee goodness.

It’s time that we take responsibility for our actions. We carelessly released our extremely popular and delicious Blendless Summer series of small lots of coffee from Oaxaca, even though we’re well aware of the impending climate change catastrophe. Due to popular demand (and with no regard for the planet) we kept running Blendless Summer into the fall. We are apologizing for the unseasonably hot weather over the past few days, and will be halting production of all Blendless Summer coffees at the end of the week. In an effort to right our wrongs, we are working to release our Wonderland blend at the beginning of next week in the hopes that New York will finally cool down. Thank you all for your patience and understanding ❤️
