Take a breath in… 🌬🫁 fill your body, create space within Let that breath out fully 💨💨💨 🌬Breathe in again… 💨then let it out💨 ♾Repeat as many times as feels good♾ It can be that simple. Really. It can be as simple as breathing. Often when we feel stressed overwhelmed or anxious we unconsciously hold our breath. We take very shallow breaths or no breaths at all. We forget to breathe. And we often don’t even realize our bodies are constricted & tight. We end up living from this place, tightness & constriction becomes normal. ((💨take another breath in & out💨)) When we bring our attention to our breath we take ourselves out of our thinking minds (where stress/worry/anxiety get their fuel) and into our bodies & the present moment (where our power lives). Our breath literally creates space within us. It calls life force into our bodies and sends life force back out to the world. ((It connects us with the cycles of giving and receiving, it connects us with all of life!!)) Our breath grounds us in our bodies. Our breath grounds us in the now.
