Sandy's Flats, opening July 2024, will offer 26 units of permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals. Amenities include a community room with laundry and kitchen facilities and wrap around case management services on site. We are looking to create move-in packages for new apartment residents! And we need your help! Please label donations "Sandy's Flats" before dropping off.
