We were delighted to share time and space with the First Unitarian Church of Omaha this past weekend. We felt deeply welcomed and cared for; the entire community went fragrance free for our visit. A loving reminder that humans have such capacity for compassion. ❤️❤️❤️
Planning to join us this Sunday? First UU presents “An Invitation to Tune the Mind and the Body” with Guest Speakers Ellie and Matthew Shrader at 10:30am. Learn more here: www.firstuuomaha.org/worship
Special note: Thank you for not wearing any of the following during the Shrader's visit to our community: cologne, after shave lotion, fragranced deodorant, perfume, perfumed hand lotion, fragranced hair products, fragranced hand-sanitizer, essential oils, and/or similar products. Ellie is chemically-sensitive and may have a severe or life-threatening reaction to fragrances or chemicals. It will be more welcoming for her at our church if we keep this in mind and eliminate use of such items on Sunday October 8th. Many thanks to everyone for their cooperation.

At Shrader Healing, we have an unshakable belief that everything you need for your healing is already inside you. ❤️❤️❤️
We do not become healers.
We came as healers. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not become storytellers.
We came as carriers of the stories we and our ancestors actually lived. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not become artists. We came as artists. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not become writers.. dancers.. musicians.. helpers.. peacemakers. We came as such. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not learn to love in this sense.
We came as Love. We are Love.
Some of us are still catching up to who we truly are.

Shaking is a great way to help energy move through us; we love this example shown here by SEI. How have you incorporated shaking into your daily movement?

This article incorrectly states that “Postpartum depression will sometimes go away on its own in a couple of weeks.” Reach out. It’s not your fault. We’re here to help. ❤️

Deep bow of gratitude to our friends, for sharing their 36”Flower of Life gong with us.
Sound continues to guide us all together.
As you can see, we had help from the smallest member of the Shrader Healing team. Our pup curled up and wouldn’t budge. Decision made!
