The only reason that others have judged you is because they don’t know your full story.
They don’t know what you’ve been through...
They’ve never lived a day in your shoes...
They don’t know what options you’ve had or didn’t have...
They don’t know what you have or haven’t tried...
...so nobody, except yourself, could fully understand the choices you’ve reasonably made.
Know that anybody who’s passed negative judgment on you are only seeing 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 world, through 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 lens. And perhaps if 𝘺𝘰𝘶 understood 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 backstory, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 judgments of 𝘺𝘰𝘶 would make sense too.
And if you’re having a hard time not taking somebody’s opinions about you personally, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼.
But when you’re ready to unpack it all, you can disempower the judgments of others by making meaning of your experiences.
Once you find self-compassion, you’ll precisely see why others’ negative opinions of you are, in actuality, biased and irrelevant to your life.”

Left-Handers Day recognizes the uncommon individual who throws, catches, writes, and uses a fork with their left hand. They view the world just a little differently, too. At a restaurant, they seek out the seat that will place their dominant elbow on the outside of the booth. Right-handed athletes groan a bit when the southpaw shows up as an opponent on the roster. They present a challenge right-handers aren’t always sure how to handle due to lack of practice. And yet, lefties square off against righties all the time.
Don’t be shy on Left-Handers Day. Show the world how brilliant and unique you are!

🧘🏻♀️ Mantra Meditation- mentally (silently) repeat a calming word or mantra to replace busy thoughts and help shut out the outside world, thus calming your mind and body.
🧘🏿 Mindful Meditation- increase your awareness of the present moment and focus only on what you are experiencing in the exact moments of mediation.
🧘♂️ Progressive Muscle Relaxation- progressively tense and relax various muscles in your body, either starting at your feet and moving upwards, or starting at top of head and moving downward.
🧘🏽 Visualization- repeatedly focus on an idea and give it positive energy so that it will manifest into reality.
