Remember, "You’re My People if I’m Your People” ™. Looking forward to connecting with, "My People" once again.
See you soon!
Beyond excited about being a guest on a recently recorded Podcast, “Being Human and Doing Psychotherapy” with Dr. Aleksandra Vancevska. We met briefly last year at The Master Series Trauma Conference, Oxford England 2023. During the Podcast, Aleks mentioned the impact of a statement I made during the conference, “You’re My People if I’m Your People” and how it resonated with her. In that moment, I was able to share the t-shirt I was currently wearing with the exact phrase on it! It was the perfect lead into our purposeful sharing of space together. Our time together was warm and intentional and completely transcended color, culture and continent. I cannot wait to share!
Grateful for our time together recording this Podcast! I look forward to its release and (hopefully) reconnecting again at this year’s Masters Event Oxford, 2024!
More to come regarding the release date of the Podcast and my appearance as a Panelist at this year’s conference. Stay tuned!

“Two therapist walk into a movie theater”…
A colleague and I saw the movie, “Inside Out 2”. Well done showing how emotions work together and the physical and emotional impact on our wellbeing. Brilliantly done and definitely worth watching.
Of course we processed the movie afterwards as well.
Enjoyed attending the training, “Daring to Embrace Empathy in a Fractured World”. Looking forward to expanding my knowledge and sharing with others.
More to come!

Being, "mindful" means being present...one moment at a time.
Learning and growing ALWAYS…
Beyond grateful I decided to attend, “The Masters Series”(Trauma Conference) at the University of Oxford in England. Learning and growing ALWAYS for the people in my care…BUT if you’d told me, I’d end up speaking on the stage of the Sheldonian Theatre, I never EVER would have imagined it. I am honored, grateful and still, “processing” my experience. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting people from various backgrounds and making worldwide friends and colleagues.
I’m in a period of gratitude and I’m choosing to rest in it for the moment. As a psychotherapist, I’ve chosen to focus on couples and conjoint therapy, while learning The Gottman Method as my modality of choice as part of my work. For me, it’s about helping people be authentic and show up for themselves. Eventually, it’s to learn to communicate their thoughts and feelings to others. I believe in healthy relationships and will to continue to help nurture them. I’m grateful beyond words when I am chosen to help others reclaim their journey. It is genuinely my honor.
Self discovery is a lifelong process. Embrace it!
