Today, we proudly celebrate our 'No Problem' experts who are licensed Professional Engineers! In 1907, the first professional engineering license was issued, paving the way for the dedicated professionals who protect public health, safety, and welfare every day. Join us in recognizing their hard work and commitment!

🎉 Celebrating an Incredible Summer with Our Interns! 🎉

From May 28th to August 2nd, our amazing group of interns embarked on a journey filled with learning and memorable experiences. They kicked off with a welcome lunch and orientation, diving into projects and bonding with their mentors. The A/E/C Intern Partnership introduced them to design charrettes, city hall tours, and a deep dive into Kansas City's vibrant offerings.

Our Leadership Lens series provided invaluable insights from BHC leaders while site tours, including the Rinker Materials Plant and KU stadium, broadened their knowledge. One highlight was our intern fundraiser, where they raised over $1,000 for Children's Mercy with Music Bingo, complete with a pie-in-the-face finale!

We wrapped up with a celebration on National Intern Day, sharing stories and networking. Thank you, interns, for your hard work and enthusiasm—you truly embody the spirit of ‘No Problem' expertise. Here's to the future and all the exciting adventures ahead!

Today, several of our ‘No Problem’ Interns and Engineers from the Development and Public Works Teams enjoyed an outstanding tour of the Rinker Concrete Pipe facility in Bonner Springs, KS. They had the chance to see storm pipes and reinforced concrete boxes being made. They even witnessed a 3-point load test on a 36” RCP and measured the resulting cracks! A big thank you to Rinker Pipe for the informative tour and presentation.
