Zen Friends: Yoga for ALL kids
Zen Friends Yoga Zen Friends Yoga is an opportunity for ALL kids of ALL abilities to practice yoga in a safe, supported environment.
With Zen Friends Yoga, kids will benefit in building self-confidence improving their balance and flexibility as well as aid in focus and concentration. Students will get to know one another, learn relaxation techniques, strengthen their body and learn lifelong lessons in compassion.

Its been some time since I've offered my yoga classes...so I'm excited to offer a virtual version for 5-weeks.
When: Wednesday nights 5:30-6:30
Ages: 6-10 years old (girls and boys welcome)
Cost: $12/class or 5 classes for $50
-Mindful Crafts provided and completed weekly

Virtual Kids Yoga Class Young Yogis will learn 5 yoga poses focusing on a theme taken from a story, holiday or seasonal concept. They will learn breathing techniques, sun salutation, balancing and relaxation all done in a fun way using songs and visuals. The yoga portion will last 45-50 minutes with a weekly craft activity...
