We were given the amazing opportunity to donate shoes to Glendale YWCA. These ladies are empowering girls and advancing racial Justice. We are so delighted that we were able to help the women and children they serve.
We love to see the kids excited about the shoes we have to give them for their dedication and hard work in the classroom.

Why do we push education because it matters to our entire community to all of us, whether or not we have children or grandchildren in schools. A good education leads to:
* build a stronger, better educated workforce,
* help attract the talented, able people we need to run our businesses, our educational and cultural institutions and our many non-profits,
* help attract and retain high quality, environmentally friendly employers offering good, well-paying jobs,
* reduce school dropouts, delinquency, crime, incarcerations, and welfare costs,
* increase property values,
* support the local economy and
* enhance the quality of life for all of us- for the entire community.
Dodgers night with these guys. So honored to be in their lives and being a positive role model for them. We have over 200 people that joined us tonight thank you to the
Scholarships Opportunity
Shoes4Grades (S4G) Scholarship Program awards college and vocational scholarships to foster youth or emancipated foster youth in Los Angeles County. Once a student is awarded a scholarship from S4G, they must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher or improve their overall GPA by 5 percent to be eligible to receive the second disbursement of their granted scholarship. Each student would be mentored by Founder Randall Trice, a former foster youth and Master in Social Work from Azusa Pacific Univ. Why would each Reciprocal be connected with Randall as a mentor to ensure each youth are taking full advantage of the all the resources appointed to foster youth also to support each student navigate the obstacles of being a college student for the duration of their education. S4G creates and maintains one-on-one relationships with each student, to offer much needed guidance and encouragement. This approach has been proven to work affectedly as youth respond well to peers closer to their age. We offer this because we want to help the student succeed and become lifelong learners.
