Thank you so much Richie and for this “Letter of Appreciation.”this letter truly is appreciated. We work hard as a team. Sometimes we get pretty spread thin as we get pulled in many directions to support several events & communities that request our services. However, we see the value in providing what we see is the best approach to helping athletes at all levels, and we want to bring that high level of treatment and support. We are constantly refining our craft to be ahead of the game & integrate our skill set with each sport in mind. Thanks to all that continues to be apart of the VFE community, and co to use to utilize our services. We appreciate all of you more than you know! Schedule to get those bodies maintained! 🙏🏼🫵🏼😊

This weekend is gonna be a packed weekend with lots of you doing last minute race prepping, picking up bib numbers, and dealing with race day mayhem for Rose Bowl Half Marathon! Had a last bodywork session with Jerry last night. To support Jerry all these years, and to see his process, and build up to race days is one that can never get old. So looking forward to Jerry getting out there again on that competitive edge, and getting ready to have 13.1 miles for breakfast this Sunday! It never gets old saying this, but it’s an honor to support you all these years Jerry. Thankful for all of the trust you put into VFE. To all the athletes that came through our VFE doors up to Rose Bowl Half Marathon race day….stick with your race plan, and leave it all out there! Team VFE is proud of you all! Let’s go!

Let’s go!! Come join Team VFE this Friday at Hybrid House Gym in Signal Hill, Long Beach! will kick off their HYROX Training at 5pm, and Team VFE will be ready to provide much needed Sport Specific Manual Therapy at 6pm. Feel free to jump on prior to or during training if you are there to support the athletes. If you don’t know by now, Team VFE has been the Recovery Team for HYROX LA & Anaheim. So we will see you all in December!! Let’s go!!

Malibu Search $ Rescue Trail Run is this Sunday, and Team VFE will be there to support the athletes participating in the 5k & 10k trail courses. There will be a fun 1k distance for the youths. Register & come out with your family! This is one of a few times to give back, and support the individuals that make sure all are safe out on the trails and mountains we all play in. are the individuals that bring endless security to several people daily. They are always there!

Calling all friends, families, and community businesses ‼️ Come by to join in on CFI Kids Foundation 5k Fundraiser this Saturday. Start time is at 8am, and there will be plenty of fun, raffles, and socializing before & after the run. The time went by so quickly as we talked, laughed, unfolded conversation, as Team VFE educated and supported all that attended.
