Have you ever heard of the Girl Wheel?
We invented it and are happy to explain it! (Hint: It is rolled into our Heart & Sole program for middle-schoolers.)
In short, the Girl Wheel represents the balance between the five key parts of a person: brain, heart, social, body and spirit.
At practice, the Girl Wheel helps participants get to know themselves and one another, become a team, recognize emotions, and deepen empathy skills!
High-fives all around and a big GOTR ๐W-O-W๐!
Thank you to all of our wonderful Fall coaches who attended the Coach Conference on Saturday.

Yep, just $7 is all it takes to enter the park for the GOTRLA 5K. For some families, $7 is cost-prohibitive and we want to help! We're fundraising to help low-income families attend the 5K and watch their daughters cross the finish line.
THIS is where confidence happens. If you can spare $7 today, you can change a girl's life for the future.
