Here’s a fun little experiment:

1. Notice in real life or social media the first thing parents say to babies or small children when they start crying.

2. Notice the first thing people say in real life or when being interviewed when they start crying.

3. Notice what is the most common response partners have to their partner when they cry in real life or on reality/documentary shows.

This will tell you all you need to know about how deeply conditioned we are around crying. Yet, our bodies need it.
