Lucca has been wonderful. Great place to relax after being in the big cities.
Climbed the Guinigi Tower and was greeted by beautiful views and cool looking trees on the top. Watched as they put together the venue for Eric Clapton who will perform June 2. Took a bike ride along the wall. Ate too many pastries. Love the coffee here. Bought a gorgeous leather jacket. 😃

Second Stop Paris!!
So happy to meet up with my family in Paris. Walked many streets but my favorite is Rue Jacob in St. Germain. The courtyards and cafes are lovely. The restoration of Notre Dame stunned me. From workshops all over France to the cathedral itself, passionate men and women are restoring this masterpiece to its former splendor.

First stop Madison, Wisconsin.

I opened J. Fermi at the age of 50. This year I am turning 60. While I have enjoyed these last 10 years so much, over the last six months, I have been thinking about how I want to spend my next decade.
it was a hard decision, but after much thought and with a heavy heart, I’ve decided to close J.Fermi on April 5, 2024.
Of course, it is difficult to give up a successful business and space I have created and watch grow. I am overcome with emotions, from happy and sad to excited and hopeful.
When I opened J. Fermi, I wanted to bring in clothing lines that had not been represented in stores in Petaluma. Through that I discovered that I really enjoy getting to know so many women, each with unique stories and styles. I am proud of what I created and thankful for the customers I met along the way.
The best part of my job is when a client walks out of the dressing room and says, “I had no idea I could look like this.”
However, being a successful business, owner takes time and dedication.
Most importantly, must be present in order to be successful. At this time, as my life shifts, the next decade is being present with my family and traveling.
Now, this email can only represent a small portion of how thankful I am to my friends and customers that I have become so close with.
