Help us and welcoming our newest coach- Gabby Wood! .gabby.af. Gabby’s full of energy and will be here teaching team small group one on one sessions and running fitness consultations for you. She’ll be here regularly during the week and sometimes you’ll see her pop in on Saturdays and Sundays to help us out. Please give Gabby a big welcome below and follow her on Instagram for some training tips and positive shares!

Gabby has always enjoyed fitness and being active, and encourages others to enjoy it as much as she does. She has a degree in Exercise Science from Rowan University and spent several years coaching Track and Field at the high school level. Gabby currently plays rugby and ice hockey, and enjoys distance running. She is excited to work with members to achieve their goals and help them to enjoy a healthier lifestyle no matter what their level of fitness they’re starting at. .gabby.af
