We enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential Great futures start here!
Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia enables all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
On June 22nd nearly 80 teens from across Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia gathered for leadership event at the Ralph J Roberts Germantown Club. Teens took part in specialized seminars including sessions focused on E-Commerce, Podcasting, Culinary Arts, Veterinary Medicine, Sports Medicine, and First Aid and CPR. We welcomed the 1974 national youth of the Year, George Clark to share words of inspiration, and a representative from Old Navy was on-hand to share information about career opportunities. This event gave our teens a chance to elevate their voices and develop their passions. We’d like to thank all the partners who came out to support the event and the staff who worked behind the scenes to make the day a success!
