PVS visitors let the prisoners set the agenda for what they discuss.
Prisoner Visitation and Support is a nationwide network of volunteer Visitors who visit federal and military incarcerated individuals throughout the United States. Prisoner Visitation and Support (PVS) is the only organization authorized by the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the Department of Defense to visit any prisoner in the Federal and Military prison systems. Bureau of Prisons Director Peters released a "transformational framework" for the Bureau earlier this week. We hope that increased staffing levels can be achieved to allow for more focus on visiting, education, and other support for people incarcerated in federal prisons.
