GSK Science in the Summer is back for 2022!
This year the GSK team is partnering with The Franklin Institute for "Be A Biologist" The GSK Science in the Summer™, a free, hands-on science program for families with children entering grades 2 - 6+!
This year's theme is Be a Biologist! with all-new activities that invite children to play the role of professional biologists and tackle real-world challenges in fisheries, plant biology, paleobiology, and wildlife biology.
The program will be offered in-person at libraries across the greater Philadelphia area, and participating locations like Christopher Columbus Charter School. The program team and library staff are working together to ensure we can deliver a safe and memorable summer science program.
(FOR CCCS FAMILY PARTICIPANTS) - Interested families will be given an opportunity to gather a kit much as we have in past years in late June for the program. Kits are designed for 1 kit per family. Most of the materials needed will be in the kit.
