They were joined by past recipients who brought their service dogs to demonstrate that the dogs still know all of their trained seizure response tasks.

Welcome to "Where are we Wednesday"? We will let you know where we have been educating people on seizure recognition and first aid and how we are working in the epilepsy community.

Sarah trained the staff at the Selinsgrove New Story Schools location on how to identify and respond to a person having a seizure.

Each year the Zonne Fund sponsors a family to attend Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland (EADDL). This week we surprised the family with the news that they are attending EADDL and included some Disney swag to prepare for their trip.

This year the EAWCP is able to send two additional families to EADDL thanks to funding from Sofie's Journey through Epilepsy Alliance America. The Zonne Fund and EAWCP are also chipping in to make the experience for both families even more magical.

Sarah and Cristina were out exploring City Island as they prepare for the 22nd annual Harrisburg Family Fun Run/Walk. If you haven't walked with us this summer, you can still register and be an in person or virtual participant.

We need your help to identify challenges or barriers you face taking transit or other transportation services in your community!

By taking this short survey (5-10 minutes), you can provide valuable information that will help us improve transportation services in the region.

The survey is part of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) Public Transit Human Services Coordinated Transportation Plan update for the 10-county region. We want all voices to be heard, so please share the survey link with your friends, family, and neighbors!
