Shirley Jones’ sons, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐲, 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐲 will host the event. This Gala Celebration is a vital fundraiser for Pittsburgh CLO’s Education and Arts programs, bringing exceptional arts education and enriching experiences to the Pittsburgh community.

Davis was featured in our 2024 Summer productions of WEST SIDE STORY, THE MUSIC MAN & SEUSSICAL! He has been seen on Broadway in Hadestown and New York, New York, and in the National Tour of Hello, Dolly! which was part of Pittsburgh CLO's 2019 Summer Season!

You may also recognize Davis from our past productions of A Chorus Line, Sister Act, and Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 and many more! We are so honored to have Davis as part of our CLO Family!

The Julia Deberson Award was established to commemorate the memory of Julia Deberson, who served as Executive Assistant to CLO Executive Directors William Thurnhurst and Charles Gray from 1975 to 1994. Every season, the directors and production staff meet to choose one outstanding Ensemble member who best exemplifies Ms. Deberson’s ideals: professional skill, high work ethic, an optimistic attitude, the ability to work well with others and, above all, a passion for one’s work.

Tony winners, Lynn Ahrens and Pittsburgh’s own Stephen Flaherty (ONCE ON THIS ISLAND, RAGTIME), have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, Mayzie and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo. The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos. SEUSSICAL is fun for the whole family!

Did you know...today is Pittsburgh's official "Jeff Goldblum Day!" 🖤💛

We were honored to welcome Mr. Goldblum back home to the ‘Burgh for our JEFF GOLDBLUM & THE MILDRED SNITZER ORCHESTRA concert just a few months ago! And those who came to the post-show cocktail reception were in for a real treat - Mr. Goldblum's childhood piano teacher was in attendance and we got a special performance by the duo! A truly unforgettable night.
