Meet the PT Monday! Ryan Anest, DPT is the newest physical therapist at our Lake Oswego clinic! Ryan is an avid outdoor enthusiast and recently completed the 100-mile alpine trail around Mount Blanc in the Alps of France, Italy, and Switzerland. We are so excited to welcome him to the North Lake family!

Meet our newest PT at our Southeast Portland clinic! Tom Rigby, DPT is originally from Connecticut and found his way to PT by seeing the correlation between the things he loves: adventure sports, puzzles and working with people. He received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from SUNY Stony Brook, where he played club Ultimate Frisbee and later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Connecticut in 2022.

From working on balance to improving strength and mobility, Tom enjoys working with people from all walks of life to help them return to their everyday and recreational activities. He uses education and functional problem solving to help instill confidence as people reach their goals. He has a special interest in working with climbers.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Tom rock climbing, backpacking, running, playing board games, and enjoying concerts.

In observance of Memorial Day, all North Lake Physical Therapy clinics will be close today, monday June 27th.

St. Helens Construction Update: Moore Excavation, Inc. (MEI) will begin joint utility trench work in the vehicle lanes of Cowlitz Street and across Strand Street beginning Tuesday, May 28, 2024. The Cowlitz Street work will extend from the South 1st Street intersection to Strand Street. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic and business and residential access will be maintained.

There's still time to register for the 7th Annual Rose City Mile!! Not a sprinter? Come out to watch and support June 15th, 2024 at Franklin High School. The event starts at 9:00 am and will run throughout the morning and early afternoon.
