Are you a spiritual practitioner and still finding it challenging to cope with any change in your life? When you are a yoga or meditation practitioner, you expect to be very calm, chill, unattached, and not disturbed by anything, but when something suddenly happens and shakes up your life, the real truth comes to the surface. Be brave enough to look at yourself in the mirror and see yourself absolutely “naked”. Don’t hide the truth anymore. Witness it, watch it, pay attention to it, and constantly watch how your mind goes up and down. Continue practising yoga. Asanas, pranayama, asanas, pranayama. Create nervous system stability and physical body stability. Understanding your mind will lead to good growth. Understanding your emotions will lead to a potential transformation.
