Day 23: On the menu salad, air fried chicken with Italian dressing
On the menu: BBQ chicken and peppers on romaine lettuce
I wanted a taco bad. Here’s my version steak taco without the shell and oriental salad.
On the menu: salad of course, spicy tuna, snow peas and eggs (low on protein today)
On the menu: catfish fillet and salad
On the menu (yesterday) spiralized zucchini and squash salad, lemon garlic cod

TBH I’m getting tired of these salads but I have to finish what I started, no pain no gain
Practicing better choices: blueberries, cottage cheese and honey

Finding my way back: cucumber, kale, mint, blueberries, tomatoes, red pepper

Felt like some fries made turnip fries needed the bbq sauce Lol
Dirty cauliflower rice
On the menu: double cheeseburger, bacon, fried egg, avocado slices, lettuce ketchup and mustard with pickle. Definitely one meal a day vibes,
