Congratulations to Katelyn and Erik for hitting so many classes and winning the TTG Holiday Fitness Challenge! These two were dedicated with their attendance and hardly missed a class over the last 6 weeks. Way to go y'all
This challenge was a success! We heard that it pushed many of y'all to stay committed and get in the gym during the holiday season. We know this is a hard time of the year to get through because there is so much going on, so we developed this challenge to give you a boost of accountability and have some fun! Nice work to everyone who participated.
Katelyn and Erik have decided that with the remaining money we raised from this challenge, they would like to support The Durham Rescue Mission. $220 will be donated to them to help their cause. If you would like to learn more about the Durham Rescue Mission you can go to durhamrescuemission.org

This is commonly lost. Days change, stress changes, life changes. Continue to set yourself up for success by just trying to be a little better than yesterday. Thats progress, it doesn’t happen overnight but over time and consistency.

Just like you, they are going to put the work in, why not be around people trying to accomplish the same thing!
