FIVE years goes fast! Grateful to my team, our patients, my supportive friends/dentists/specialists and especially my amazing family. This year has zoomed by and left me in a state of wonder. Wonder and gratitude for my beautiful family, whom are the very reasons I do what I do. Wonder for our amazing and funny patients, who crack me up daily and more importantly put their trust in our team to take care of their oral health throughout the year. Wonder and excitement to have a team of excellent, kind and thoughtful women around me, so I can concentrate on our why for each patient we encounter. Our hygienist, Melissa is continuing our thankful series!

“I’m truly filled with gratitude this year. The last 12 months have brought many changes for myself and family. We were given the opportunity for my husband, James, to permanently work remotely, which allowed us to move back “home” to Nevada, where we had family & friends eagerly anticipating our return. Our son, Holden, rose to the challenge of relocating at a difficult age (12) and has flourished in his new environment here. Our 12 year old St Bernard, Joey, has weathered the relocation as well as we could have hoped, he just asked us to lift him into the moving truck (his hips don’t have a lot of spring left in them). Joey makes us laugh everyday and we know to cherish the days we have left with him. Professionally, I feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with Dr Rores and to be able to work along side and for her. I knew I needed to find a dental office that was health centered and patient focused. This is exactly where I’ve landed! Last but not least, I’m beyond thankful for my health and my loved ones health.”

We’re also holding our with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and our with Down Syndrome Network of Northern Nevada (DSNNN) ! Our barrel is already filling up quickly and we’re happy to accept unwrapped toys at any time. Thank you all, as always, for your generosity in making this possible!

Dr. Rores’ husband is ever the romantic and surprised her with a fun trip to Carson City for a bike rail ride with V & T Railroad! It’s a lot of fun, beautiful Nevada views and the bikes get you back up hill…thankfully!
