Empower our campus and make a difference! Join the Inclusive Excellence Student Fellows Program at VCU. The Division of Inclusive Excellence seeks motivated students who are passionate about supporting an inclusive campus. This transformative program offers an opportunity to engage deeply with DEI initiatives, develop critical leadership and facilitation skills, lead peer dialogue sessions, and make a tangible impact on campus culture. Fellows will receive a $3500 stipend for their contributions.

Eligibility:
Must be a full-time sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student.
Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 (undergraduates) or 3.0 (graduate students).
Demonstrate a commitment to DEI, strong communication skills, leadership potential, and involvement in community service.
