Help me celebrate the 11 VUU Scholars who attended and conquered The 10th Annual HBCU Career Development Marketplace!!!
The HBCU Career Development Marketplace has now come to a close and it was an amazing experience for our students!
Because of their hard work many of them got interviews on the spot as they networked with employers and professionals in their field.
They also blew the judges away with their presentation on Nuclear Proliferation and came in 1st place out of 21 HBCU’s!!!
I Am Super Proud of them!!! The represented very well!!!

The Office of Career Services and the VUU 1992 NPHC Lines would like to thank all of the students, faculty and staff who attended the Career Development Workshop on last Thursday. The panelists of VUU Alum shared their personal experiences as VUU undergrad, their struggles and their wins, their best moments and their worst. They also discussed what it takes to get the job you want, how to network and what it takes to be a professional in the working world. We look forward to next year's event!
