CDL-A DRIVER / LABORER - RAILROAD SERVICES

Responsible for loading, unloading and safe transportation of equipment and ex*****on of field-based work including manual labor in accomplishment of tasks related to rerailing operations, track maintenance and repair, load adjust/load transfer, and/or car repair. 2. Seeks out Foreman/Supervisor for direction regarding daily work assignment(s).

4. Performs pre and post trip inspection of trucks and trailers; drives to/from job sites.
Participates in work activities as assigned.

Requirements

- 1 year of work experience in field-based operation involving manual labor (construction, farm equipment, utility, or related industry).
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL) with good driving record.
- Capable of understanding and following directions.

- Must pass qualification tests as required (includes E-Rail Safe and other training/safety programs).

6. Responsible for the financial control of the division including development and management of monthly/quarterly and annual budgets. Reviews and approves expenditures as required for division’s
operational needs. May establish limits for subordinate’s expenditures requiring prior approval before executing purchase.
7. Ensures that Assistant Division Superintendent/Supervisors timely submit and/or approve accurate
