Chef Matt and his kitchen crew work diligently to prepare meals meeting the dietary needs of seniors, promoting overall well-being and health. Meals are nutritionally balanced, providing a combination of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats along with essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Oh, and DELICIOUS. We are grateful to them!

Also, thanks to all of our friends who voted online for us last month. With your help we were honored with a $4,000 grant that will immediately impact 500 meals for housebound seniors and disabled neighbors!

And a big congrats to our friends Meals on Wheels San Diego County and Janet Goeske Foundation & Senior Center who also received their award today! We were all winners today!
