With the change of weather so comes an increase of human illness. If you are not feeling well before your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can reschedule you AND offer the time for another pet. We appreciate your cooperation!

Companion is no longer scheduling Nail Trims with a technician. We are preparing for our technicians to be available for critical care when VSES closes. Pets that are sedated for Nail Trims will continued to be scheduled.
We have recommendations so give us a call. If you wish to seek out places try groomers and pet stores.
If your pet can benefit from calming medication to have their nails trimmed at home or another business, please let us know.

We have been accepting Apple Pay & Google Pay for a couple years now! This is a contact less way of providing payment by utilizing your phone or smart watch.

AIR QUALITY ALERT! The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has issued an alert for Western New York, Long Island, New York City Metro, Eastern Lake Ontario and Central New York.

When we are not here and/or have an emergency, please reach out to Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Services 585-424-1277 or emergency location in Buffalo, Syracuse, Ithaca & Albany. Not all emergencies are 24 hours so be prepared for traveling at a moments notice in all types of weather.

If you don't have an emergency, check out a local animal Urgent Care facility such as Pittsford Animal Hospital. Each Urgent Care location has different hours and scheduling requirements. Go to their website or call them. All locations schedule appointments and do not take walk-ins.
