We're hiring experienced Behavior Support Specialists throughout Kentucky! This subcontracted position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule while assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll work directly with clients and their families to help achieve behavioral goals.

Compensation: $70 per hour

Requirements:
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or human service field
- Previous experience in behavioral management with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Additional experience with KY Medicaid Waivers (MPW/SCL/ABI) preferred
- Located in or near Ashland, Florence, Henderson, Owensboro or Pikeville, Kentucky

McKenzie and Lindajeanne had a great time today at the Trident Career Expo in Charleston, SC, hosted by SC Works! They enjoyed discussing ABA therapy and job openings at Surpass with attendees.

Last weekend, several of our RBTs in Murray, Kentucky participated in Safety-Care Training to enhance their skills to effectively prevent, minimize, and manage behavioral challenges with dignity and safety.

Last month, Kerry, our Clinic Director in Madisonville, had the opportunity to present to the Hopkins County Public Defenders Office about the positive impact of ABA therapy and PBSS services.

May was filled with excitement! Our Positive Behavior Supports division participated in several community events, including the 14th Experiencing Autism Together Walk for Autism in Henderson, KY, and the Mayfield Transition Fair. We are proud to support our local communities.
