While we opened in 2008, we didn’t start our FB page until 2012 and our IG page until 2015. Enjoy some of these early pics… you’ll recognize some faces. You’ll also notice we used to have carpet in the yoga room 😂😮😮

Did you know we do private group lessons? Sports groups, private one on one lessons, bridal groups, team building… the list could go on! Last night we hosted the Boys Team Charity which is a philanthropic group who volunteer with their parents in the community . We can customize these sessions to your needs to get the most out of your session! Come talk to us and we can help your group with yoga & fitness needs!

Struggle with tight hips? Majority of the time, it is due to weak glutes. People sometimes think yoga is just about flexibility and don’t realize we work on strength too! Come find the balance with us!

Our wellness workshop turned out great! We flowed, we twisted, we learned all the things detox and how to incorporate into a healthier lifestyle . This Saturday you will have the opportunity for a little self care! Come join us for our Wellness workshop, led by Robin Adams and Paula Nelms. Robin will lead us through a short 30min detox flow (open to all levels) and Paula will walk us through the process of proper detox, stages and healing the body from the inside. You will leave feeling refreshed and will be able to take that knowledge home with you but also some recipes to keep you on track.
⭐️Paula is a board certified nutrition specialist and owner of Nelms nutrition.
⭐️Robin is an E-RYT 500 hr yoga teacher who has been teaching for over 10 years.

Today our girl Erika earned the big one!! 1000 classes and the coveted orange water bottle!! Erika started in 2018 and has been hitting it hard ever since! We are so lucky that this bright light walked in our doors 5 years ago… with that Boston accent and infectious laugh ! She is a great one and we are so lucky to have her as part of our community! Yoga Sculpt At 10am with Amanda! Your favorite class popping up at 10am you won’t want to miss this either! Come take one or both and get out of that mid week slump!

Good things take time and patience. Your yoga practice is no exception. These baby steps may feel frustrating at times, but then we notice they turn into big progress. Keep going, modify when needed, embrace the shaking, the falling out of poses… these all build our strength and our practice. How can we help you in your yoga journey?

Sometimes we get so caught up in routine, we forget to notice growth that happens with change. How are you changing and growing? Do you always just attend yoga 🧘‍♀️classes?
