With the “Battle At The Rock” Competition coming up on 7/27/24, CrossFit Rockwall and CrossFit Swashbuckle is excited to offer Business Sponsorship for the competing athletes and competition. This is a great way for our local Rockwall and Fate businesses to support fellow Rockwallian’s as they continue their quest for better health and fitness!

WOD 1: with updated female DL weight

Partners will split reps as needed on the assault Bike and Deadlift, with each partner completing 80ft Overhead Walking Lunges with a plate. This will be a sprint to the finish and leg burner for sure!

WOD 4: The Finisher 🔥

The finisher will wrap up the Battle At The Rock with the following:
Buy in of a 400 m team run (partners must run together). Once inside- teams will hit a 27-21-15-9 rep scheme of Toes-to-bar (or scaled version) and Devils Press 🥵. Split reps as needed with one partner working at a time.

WOD 3:

Partners split reps as needed to work through this chipper, trying to complete it as quick as possible. One partner working at a time.

WOD 2:

Get ready for a lung burner! On a 10 minute clock, teams will race to complete the prescribed distance on the Ski Erg and with remaining time will accumulate as many Wall Ball reps as possible. One partner working at a time.

WOD 1:
