Weight loss sucks…

the majority of weight loss comes from muscle and a very slim amount from body fat according to research.. it shows when calories are cut to an extreme the loss of fat is about 1 percent ..

fat loss is another story.. which would you prefer?

Stop starting on day 1 over and over again.. Be patient , be dedicated .. if you miss a day.. or a week that’s just a stumble.. don’t throw in the towel just because and spiral for months because of a stumble .. in the long run that stumble will not even be notable .

Cardio: for the heart and lungs .. yea it’s good to do, however for fat loss it’s not effective… Yea, it does help .. but you only need to do a small portion of it 2-3 times a week for maybe 20- 30 min .. that’s it ✅

resistance training is the meat and potatoes of fatloss😎 It keeps you young, strong, leans you out, healthy for the Bones and joints, keeps you mobile and increases healthy hormone levels..

Resistance training releases HGH ( Human Growth Hormone) which both Men and Women need for positive energy levels, levels insulin sensitivity, and levels hormone levels

Brad has over 23 Years of Fitness and Nutrition experience and always had a passion for fitness since an early age. Growing up, he was very active playing basketball, football, soccer, golf, baseball, and now Coaching his Kids sports teams..

Before relocating to the Bay Area, Brad and his family lived in Indiana where he was in Law Enforcement for 10 years.

Once Brad relocated to California, he decided to change course to pursue his passion for fitness in the bay area where he saw an active lifestyle as a huge influence in the public eye.

Coach Ott has clients from all ages and fitness levels from the person who has never worked out to high level performance and levels of Fitness. Fitness programing background included; Fat Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Mobility and Stability, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Agility, (Athletics including), Marathon runners, Triathletes, Golf Fitness, Tennis, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Volleyball, Lacrosse and focus on the Strength, Power, and speed required for these sports.

Brad has a playful and caring relationship with his clients, considering them not only good friends, but family. He continues to challenge not only his clients, but himself to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reach new goals. Don’t be shy; ask Brad what he’s doing this week to push himself.
