SLOW is our whole philosophy! Each of our proven exercises is done with a cycle of 10 seconds up and 10 seconds down with no rest — making your muscles work harder without relying on momentum. Because your motion is less jerky, form is strict and closely supervised, the risk of injury is greatly reduced. Our certified instructors will supervise you through a full-body workout consisting of approximately five to seven exercises.
