We are aware of a line break that is affecting water pressure around Stable and Wesley Drive. Repairs will be made as soon as possible.
Water is off around pea ridge road. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
Water will be temporarily shut off around Frazier Road and Janice Drive. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
Water will be shut off around Hwy 33 and Goodgoin Road. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
We are aware of a water line break at the corner of Mayfield and Hwy 33. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
Due to a leak on Hwy 33 near Rolling Hills, water is off or slow west of there. Maintenance is aware and will restore service as soon as possible.
Water will be temporarily shut off around Collins Drive and Burgessville Road to repair a valve. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
Maintenance just informed me water will be off in Belle Point subdivision to repair a leak on 821.
Contractor broke water line on Burgessville. Water is off from Haddox to Stable. Repairs being made.
Creeks Edge Subdivision and surrounding area is out of water due to a lighting strike. Maintenance says repair will be made as soon as possible.
Effective with the January bill due by February 10, 2024, residential and commercial rates will increase by $1.00. Excess over minimum will be $3.25 per 1000 gallons for commercial customers and $3.00 per 1000 gallons for residential users.
We are aware of a line break on Burgessville Road near the Baxter Tank. Your water supply may be affected. Please know we are working to get repaired asap. Thanks for your patience.
A contractor has cut a water line near Cook Rd and Chandler Rd. Anyone in this vicinity may experience water loss. Repairmen are on their way. Please be patient.
Water line repairs around Hwy 821 and Burgessville Rd may cause temporary loss of water. Service will be restored as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.
Repairs are underway at and around Cedar Drive. Restoration will be done as soon as possible.
Update:
The repair is taking longer than expected and does now affect other customers in that area. We apologize however your patience is appreciated as our guys work in this incredible heat.
Sometime this afternoon, water will be off on Turkey Creek Road for a valve repair.
It's been a Monday! We had an energy surge that knocked out 3 fuses and the motor to one of our pumps. The smelly water is partly due to this and the other part was due to chlorine running low. All of this is being attended to and hopefully will be back to normal soon.
Lastly, there was a leak on Pea Ridge Road which caused us to temporarily turn the water off for repair.
As a side note to the previous post concerning water usage, please contact the office at 255-7995 to report anyone getting water from a fire hydrant on our system.
With the extreme heat and dry conditions, we ask that you refrain from watering lawns and any other non essential usage of water. The water that comes out of your pipes is dependent on ground water and we have had no rain to resupply this resource. Your understanding is appreciated.

Water will be off temporarily on both sides of Hwy 33 from Haddox Road to Trace Drive for repair.
We are working on the outage from Hwy 3072 to Antler Ridge. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
On Friday, June 9th we will be making some scheduled maintenance which will affect the residents/businesses west of Hwy 33. The area included is from what was Young Guns to Rustiques. If you are between these two places, please know you may experience water outage for an undetermined amount of time. Thanks for your patience.
