For over 24 yrs., I've worked with people with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, PTSD and Bipolar Disorder. I also enjoy working with people with substance abuse problems as well as recovery skills. My focus tends to be initiating the change process and incorporating hope within my counseling sessions.
