Maxtec is excited to share that we have received FDA clearance for our new MaxO2 ME+P. This new integrated solution allows for continuous monitoring of both oxygen and pressure. This is critical to ensure clinicians have access to real time data to aid in delivering effective and safe care to the most critical patients.

We are pleased to announce two new leaders to our team who will be instrumental in promoting transformative growth and innovation across our organization. Effective immediately, Cheryl Baillie will serve as our new Chief Commercial Officer and Nicholas Noomé will serve as our Vice President of Product Management.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Cheryl will be the global leader of our Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Cheryl joins us with over 15 years of experience as a transformational leader with a proven background in driving strategic growth. Most recently, Cheryl served as Vice President, Strategic Customer Group within the US for Becton Dickinson, a leading global medical device company.

As Vice President of Product Management, Nicholas will be the leader of our Product Management team and responsible for accelerating innovation in our product portfolio. Nic joins us with over 26 years of experience leading innovative product development and most recently led business strategy for a Fortune 100 Company.

We are so excited for these strong additions to our leadership team and look forward to their contributions in new innovation and growth to support our mission of helping the world to breathe easier and be healthier.

As Respiratory Care Week wraps up, we'd like to take a final moment this week to celebrate respiratory care providers! We see you and all that you give to the profession and you are so appreciated. We are proud to join you in the effort to provide the best care to patients.
