Powerful panel, where we will discuss the role and history of the Azov Regiment (including Russia’s relentless propaganda attempting to discredit the regiment), as well as Vlad’s experience as a defender of Mariupol and his time as a POW. The panelists will also offer a general discussion of the current developments in this unprovoked war of aggression and what we can do together to help speed up Ukraine’s victory. Our panel will feature retired Admiral Mike Shatynski, and a historian Yurii Kopinets. Moderated by Svitlana Krasynska, author, researcher, manager of the MIT-Ukraine Program, associate at the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute.
Ukraine Celebrated its second Orthodox Easter under the shelling and bombing (majority of Ukrainian and Russian Christians are Orthodox). Even today Russians made sure to remind us all that there is nothing sacred for them. They managed to target and hit two Orthodox churches, and killing 4 and wounding 8 in Zaporizhya region on Easter morning... On this sacred holiday for Christians our faith and conviction is stronger than ever that victory will come this year, and Russia will be paying for all its war crimes, horror and destruction it brought on Ukraine. “Belief in victory unites all of us always, and especially today. As long we remain united and work together towards the common goal, good will win over evil very soon. Want to leave you with today's quote from the Ukrainian President: "At Easter, which from time immemorial has been a family holiday for Ukrainians, a day of warmth, hope and great unity. We are one big family — Ukrainians. We have one big home — Ukraine. We have one big goal — victory for all,” Zelenskyy said.
