Maureen is the absolute best There are not words to express how amazing she is. We started our loan with a different lender, who constantly made me stressed and concerned that we would be able to close on time or even at all. I'm super type A and the process was stressing me out like crazy. One call to Maureen and my stress started to mellow. When I called Maureen we had 19 days until our original planned closing date. She was honest and upfront, she told me that she thought we would still make the original date but worst case scenario we'd close no more than 5 days after. I was referred to Maureen by a friend and boy, was I super blessed or what Because Maureen is the QUEEN of the lending world Throughout our escrow, we ran into every speed bump you could imagine. But she and her supporting cast always found a solution to make it work. If you want someone who is fast, responsive, and efficient...she's your gal. We work the exact same way. Docs in, docs out. We don't play Not many lenders are confident enough to do 21 day escrows, but Maureen She kills it Unless its things that are out of her control such as the sellers, seller's agents, or escrow officers dragging their feet, it's totally possible. She's a straight shooter. She won't beat around the bush and she won't string you along on false hope. There was a moment during escrow that I wanted to just pull out, because we ran into so many snags. I was on the verge of tears and felt like I was getting so beat up, emotionally. If you read through the reviews here it should overwhelm you with the consistent excellent service. I'm not sure that we can add much more. We chose Maureen based on the outstanding reviews because we had a seller who was not easy to deal with and we had concerns about responsiveness from a loan officer. Not only was Maureen totally on top of it, she was available very quickly whenever we needed her. I actually admonished her for picking up her cell phone at 6PM on a Friday night to speak with me She is unabashedly warm and caring, genuine, and encouraging. When the loan hit the inevitable wrinkles with underwriting and nobody would pick up the phone there, Maureen immediately jumped on it and was able to move things along at exponential speed. We actually found some slightly lower mortgage rates (by decimal points--hers was under 4 so who cares), but decided to go with Maureen and JMJ for the services and the assurance that they would move quickly with top-notch customer service. Well worth it. As it happened, our seller was a corporation and they were offering 165per day as an incentive for every day we closed earlier than the date in the offer.
